His practice focuses on dispute resolution, employment, and land-related matters, with significant experience in high-value commercial and criminal litigation, as well as strategic land acquisition projects, particularly in the infrastructure and power sectors. He regularly advises multinational corporations and leading Indonesian business groups, including remarkable clients such as FrieslandCampina Group, Signify Commercial Group (Philips Lighting), MAERSK Group, Daimler Group, Sumitomo Group, Sunward Group, Panasonic Group, OTIS Group, PPT Energy Trading Tokyo, Pelita Air Service, and AirAsia Group.
Prior to co-founding B.Av, Towy developed his practice at leading Indonesian law firms, including Assegaf Hamzah & Partners and Makarim & Taira S. Counsellor at Law, where he advised on a broad range of complex, sophisticated, and high-profile matters.

Assisting and representing PT Central Java Power/Sumitomo Subsidiary on the acquisition of approximately 70 hectares land area (from around 280 plots of land) in Tubanan Village, Jepara Regency, Central Java for constructing expansion to the Tanjung Jati B Power Plants (2 x 1,000 MW).
Assisting and representing PT Frisian Flag Indonesia in relation to the land acquisition of approximately 25 hectares area in Cikarang with a value of approximately IDR 400 billion for the development of its new factory.

Assisting and representing PT KBR Indonesia and Kellogg Brown & Root Pty Ltd in the manpower dispute against its foreign employees (with claims worth USD 900,000) and successfully won the case.
Assisting and representing PT Daimler Commercial Vehicle Indonesia in filing a criminal police report against a distributor who allegedly had committed fraud, embezzlement, and money laundering which has caused losses more than IDR 100 billion.
Assisting PT Frisian Flag Indonesia (subsidiary of FrieslandCampina) and PT Signify Commercial Indonesia (subsidiary of Signify International BV) in filing police reports against their former employees who committed fraud and embezzlement within the companies.
Successfully representing PT Daimler Commercial Vehicle Indonesia in the PKPU and Bankruptcy proceedings at the Commercial Court in the Central Jakarta District Court.
Assisting and representing PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor in its civil lawsuit against a default distributor in the district court.
Assisting and representing PT Pelita Air Service in pursuing commercial claims against Canadian aircraft manufacturer company to recover its losses of CAD 1.2 million.

Batavia Advocatorum successfully defended a leading global paint manufacturing company at the District Court in Jakarta from a claim of approximately USD1,000,000, with the Court rejecting the lawsuit in its entirety.
